Dr. Rishikesh Jha is a business leader known for building strong sales systems, expanding distribution networks, and helping organizations achieve sustainable market growth across Nepal’s competitive commercial landscape.

His career began on the ground in sales, working closely with retailers, distributors, and market operators to understand how products truly move from companies to customers. 

Over the years, Dr. Jha has held senior leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer, National Sales Manager, and Business Head. In these roles, he has led large sales teams, developed structured distribution networks across Nepal, and helped businesses scale their operations in FMCG, trading, and import–export sectors.
